Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress. She appears primarily in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. The actress was awarded the National Film Award's Best Actress award for portraying Savitri an actor in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Her other awards comprise three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South, and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy, born to Menaka G. Suresh and filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar is an aspiring actress. In the early 2000s, she began as a young actress. After studying fashion design, she returned to film. She played her debut main role as a lead in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began working on projects that were not Malayalam in the year 2015. In addition, she signed to star in multiple Tamil films at the same time. It it was A. L. Vijay along and Vikram the director, that released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. It didn't go quite well, however it was released. The actress had to pull out of a variety of projects she was involved in during 2015, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vedam, to free up space for more ambitious projects. For a short period of time she collaborated with Sivakarthikeyan on Rajini Murugan, Remo and she also acted as the lead for Prabhu Sool's Thodari along with Dhanush.
