Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is an Canadian Actress who is best known for her role as the star of Freeform Fantasy series Shadowhunters and Venevision Television series Cosita linda & Voltea Pa' que te enamores. Emeraude is also a skilled model and dancer. A Montreal born native, she grew as a child in Texas and has always been interested in dance and performing. She was trained since the age of three in many various forms. As a 15-year-old was when she began competing in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia achieved fame after she won a spot on Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008.
